Hello! I’m Dawn Kelly. Here’s a little about me…. My Grandmother, Rose Lillian, put a needle and thread in my hands as a little girl. She ignited a passion in me that has become my life’s work. I’ve been sewing now for approximately 50 years of my life, and my absolute love is sewing bridal, and and sewing for my family.

I have a beautiful shop in my home in Atco, New Jersey. I work on sizes infant to adult. While I don’t do men’s wear, I do custom embroidery and offer many bridal, infant and memorial gifts and accessories to go along with the biggest and most important moments that we want to remember.

On the weekends I can be found at Hand Me Gowns Bridal in Hammonton, NJ as their seamstress. I do realtime alteration mockups as beautiful brides look for “the one”. I get to be there when they say yes to the dress and I have been blessed so many times by the people I have met. I truly believe that my being there was God’s purpose for me. It’s such a lovely experience to work there that it’s a gift to me personally and professionally.

My Nan was a woman of great faith and so am I. I walk with and work with the Lord by my side with every stitch I make. With Him I can do anything and every day I am filled with joy as I work. In fact, when you love the Lord, your work doesn’t feel like work at all. He will put a song in your heart that may be music to someone’s ears that may need it. Rose Lillian Designs is my Nan’s legacy and I hope that she is smiling down and proud of what she started in me. May God bless you in some small way today.
